THE BEST KEEPS GETTING BETTER
Girls Inc. (formerly Girls Club) is pleased to announce our 2014 – 15 before and after school program, in partnership with the Boys Leadership Alliance. On our coed campuses, girls and boys participate in single sex programs that are gender specific and age appropriate.
This year, children will be challenged to think critically, ask questions and explore! Homework assistance is provided to children. (Time constraints may limit the completion of homework). National Girls Inc. Identity programs are offered to girls. Character education and leadership programs are offered to the boys participating in the program.
Our goal is to provide a safe and structured environment. We offer a structured, yet fun environment where “random dancing” and talent shows are the norm! We also host an annual speech competition and field trips to Washington DC for our older girls through our LIFT (Leadership Institute for Teens).
Girls Inc. is committed to making STEM come to life for kids. Each week your child will participate in hands-on science experiments, meet people in STEM fields and learn that STEM can be fun! Our Fun Fridays include STEM components, teaching kids that science and math are not boring!
